- 1 lb Savoie’s green onion smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cups penne pasta, cooked
- 1 tablespoon Savoie’s seasoning
- Fresh parsley and grated parmesan for garnish
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the sausage slices and brown them.
- Add garlic and tomatoes, sautéing until soft.
